No refunds after booking. Guests may reschedule up to 2 times with at least 14 days advance notice before check-in. Failure to notify within the required timeframe forfeits the full payment.

Children under 5 years old stay free. Ages 5–7 are charged 300 THB per person per day for breakfast. Ages 8 and above or taller than 120 cm are charged 1,000 THB per person per day as extra person (includes day bed mattress and breakfast). Baby cot available for 300 THB.

Bookings are non-refundable once made.

Guests may reschedule their stay, but must notify the resort at least 7 days in advance of the check-in date.

Room booking payments must be transferred to the bank account under 'LA TOSCANA' at Kasikorn Bank (KBank), Surawong branch only. Guests are warned to beware of fake pages and fraudulent accounts.
Other
Promotional room prices cannot be combined with other promotions.

The resort is pet-friendly and allows guests to bring their pets.
Extra Bed
Extra beds cannot be added to the following room types: Party Suite, Comfort Suite, Balcony Suite, Superior Deluxe Suite, and Duplex Suite.

All room types include complimentary breakfast. The number of breakfasts included varies: 2 breakfasts for most double-occupancy rooms, 3 breakfasts for Duplex Suite, and 4 breakfasts for Comfort Suite and Superior Deluxe Suite.

The Balcony Suite accommodates a maximum of two guests and extra beds cannot be added.
Operational Services
EV charging (AC, 2 points) is available at the resort with an additional service charge.
