When a guest messages a hotel's LINE Official Account powered by Ekkamai, we process the message text and LINE user ID to generate a response. Display names are cached temporarily to personalise staff notifications.
Message content is used solely to generate a reply to the guest and notify hotel staff. Ekkamai never sells, shares, or transfers guest data to third parties.
Conversation history is stored in a secure database (Supabase, Singapore region) to maintain context across a conversation. It is not linked to any personally identifiable information beyond the LINE user ID provided by the LINE platform. Anthropic (Claude AI) processes messages to generate responses but does not store or retain conversation data.
Data is automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Hotels can request immediate full data deletion at any time by contacting changyulee@ekkamai.ai — all requests are completed within 24 hours. Data is also deleted upon contract termination.
